While doing so, I realized the US sanctions on drug lord Hassan Daqqou a couple of days ago don’t mention his place of birth—Assal al-Ward, in Rural Damascus governorate in Syria—and states the wrong date of birth. I’m glad the name is correct, though!
His information under UK sanctions are accurate and match his sentencing in Lebanon in 2021.
