With a strong focus on the Syrian and Lebanese contexts, I specialize in the Syrian oil and gas sector, fiscal and monetary policy, and trade.
Since 2021, I have contributed to a variety of research projects at Karam Shaar Advisory Limited, expanding my expertise across a broad range of economic and political issues.
My professional experience spans the diplomatic field, the United Nations, and other NGOs, deepening my understanding of regional dynamics. I hold a BA in Law, a BS in Economics, and an MSc in Financial Economics, reflecting my passion for the intersection of law, politics, and economics.
I am skilled in data analysis using Stata and multilingual, with proficiency in Persian, which provides a unique advantage in analysing the Syrian context, particularly in light of Iran’s influence since the 2011 conflict.
