With a strong focus on the Syrian and Lebanese contexts, I specialize in areas such as the Syrian oil sector, fiscal and monetary policy, and trade.
Since 2021, I have contributed to various research projects at Karam Shaar Advisory Limited, broadening my expertise across multiple topics.
My professional journey includes working with NGOs and UNESCWA in Beirut, further deepening my understanding of regional dynamics. I hold a BA in Law, a BS in Economics, and an MSc in Financial Economics, which reflect my passion for law, politics, and economics.
I am fluent in English, Indonesian, French, and Persian—the latter offering a unique advantage in analyzing the Syrian context, particularly since the 2011 conflict and Iran’s enhanced role in the country.
