Yaser Dalal
I am a Civil Engineer and Senior Consultant with over 15 years of experience in construction, real estate development, project management, investment, and business strategy. I also spent more than two years as a Board Member in the microfinance sector, where I contributed to governance, strategic oversight, and the development of financing solutions.
I hold Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Damascus, along with an MBA, and I am currently working on my PhD, researching high and ultra high performance cementitious materials using explainable artificial intelligence, with the goal of turning scientific innovation into practical, sustainable solutions for the construction industry.
Over the years, I have led projects across infrastructure, buildings, and real estate, and built deep expertise in valuation, feasibility studies, and market analysis. I advise investors and developers on finding and executing the right opportunities, with a particular focus on Syria and the wider Middle East.
In my free time, I enjoy analyzing political and economic news, and I am a big sports fan, especially of football, basketball, and tennis.
