The Qaterjis were sanctioned by OFAC yesterday concerning their operations with the IRGC, the Syrian regime, ISIS, the Huthis, China, Panama, Guayana, you name it, but not the US-backed SDF.

The Qaterjis have long been smuggling oil between the SDF and the regime under the noses of US forces in broad daylight.
