Ali Najib Ibrahim is one of the founders of WafaTel, which is rumored to be the third telecom operator in Syria. He also recently established a company that’s permitted to work in a broad array of businesses.

The Ibrahims, including Yasar and Nisreen, have direct ties with Asma al-Assad.
