Australian Freight Company Settles Liability Suit with Syria over OFAC Sanctions
Toll Holdings, an Australian freight and logistics company, has agreed to pay $6,131,855 ($6.13 million) USD to settle its potential civil liability for 2,958 violations over six years of OFAC sanctions on North Korea, Iran, and Syria.
