Since the Captagon Act calls basically only for more sanctions, it's unfortunate that the version signed by President Biden today calls for targeting:

—someone already sanctioned for their role in captagon (Imad Abu Zureiq)

—someone dead (Mustafa al-Masalmeh)

—someone whose surname is misspelled (Abdullatif Hamideh).
