Document: Syrian–Russian Agreement for Block One Oil Explorations
I finally managed to get hold of the agreement signed this month between Kapital Limited (Russian) and the Syrian regime for oil explorations in "Block One" in the Mediterranean (between Tartous and Lebanon).
