With Friedrich Ebert Stiftung's continued support, OPEN-Syria will launch its second report on aid diversion in Brussels on 22 May. In my opinion, the report constitutes the most systemic and data-driven assessment of the diversion of UN-led humanitarian aid in regime-held Syria.
