In a huge effort involving the analysis of hundreds of videos, the Syrian Justice & Accountability Center (SJAC) documented a whopping 58 "double tap" airstrikes in Syria since 2013. In all of them, Assad's regime or Russia hit the same location at least once more within one hour of the initial attack, with civilians present.
