Is Syria Approaching a Coup Moment?

Never preclude a coup. All the ingredients are there:

1- despised leader,

2- exhausted support base,

3- weakened international support,and

4- swift and energized opponents.

Coups are rare and unpredictable, but the likelihood has never been higher.
