Over One-Third of Syrians Surveyed Believe COVID-19 Is a Bio- or Econo-Weapon

 

A new study shows that among a sample of 1,022 Syrians:

• A whopping 34% believe COVID-19 is a biological or economic weapon

• 7.3% believe it’s spreading because god is angry

The sample is skewed toward more educated Syrians.
