Research & Content Intern

I am a senior student at Georgetown University in Qatar, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service. I major in International Economics, with a minor in Government.

My academic interests center on political economy, development, and economic governance in the Middle East. Through my coursework, research, and extracurricular engagement, I have developed a strong foundation in analytical thinking, economic interpretation, and regional political analysis.

At Karam Shaar Advisory, I contribute to research and analytical projects, including the Syria in Figures monthly publication. My role allows me to apply and deepen my academic knowledge while gaining exposure to real-world economic analysis, data interpretation, and policy-relevant research.

The work directly complements my studies and strengthens my understanding of how economic systems, private-sector developments, and governance challenges shape outcomes in Syria and the wider region.
