Job Responsibilities
Manage and update the company's social media platforms.
Write, edit, and adapt content for social media channels in both Arabic and English.
Transform reports, research outputs, media appearances, and company news into concise and engaging social media content.
Support the planning and execution of both organic and paid social media campaigns.
Improve digital content visibility by applying basic SEO principles to titles, descriptions, and keywords when publishing website content or promoting research outputs.
Monitor engagement, reach, audience growth, and campaign performance across platforms.
Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements based on analytics and insights.
Track relevant digital trends and identify content opportunities aligned with the company's work and audience.
Qualifications & Experience
1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital communications, content creation, or a related field.
Strong English writing and editing skills (required).
Strong Arabic writing skills with the ability to create clear, natural, and professional content.
Good understanding of social media platforms, content formats, audience behavior, and platform requirements.
Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising, particularly Meta Ads and LinkedIn.
Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization for search engines, especially titles, descriptions, and keywords.
Ability to simplify complex research, economic, political, or policy-related content into engaging social media language.
Ability to use Canva, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools.
Basic understanding of performance metrics, engagement tracking, and campaign analytics.
Ability to work remotely within a team and meet deadlines.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized person to support the company’s communications,
media monitoring, content coordination, and tasks related to the company’s website and different projects.
This role is suitable for someone who can work between Arabic and English and follows political and economic developments with interest.
Job Responsibilities:
• Monitor news, media coverage, and relevant economic developments related to Syria and the region.
• Identify timely topics for potential commentary, social media posts, and public engagement.
• Track and organize media mentions, interviews, events, press coverage, and channels that feature the company or its team members.
• Support the preparation, formatting, and uploading of selected content to the company’s website.
• Assist in coordinating communication between team members and following up on tasks across different projects.
• Support the organization of spreadsheets, content calendars, media lists, project plans, and internal trackers.
• Assist with drafting, editing, and formatting short communications materials in English and Arabic when needed.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of communication-related tasks.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Excellent command of English and Arabic, with strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Good understanding of news, media, and public communication, especially in political and economic contexts.
• Strong research skills and ability to follow current affairs accurately and efficiently.
• High attention to detail and ability to organize information clearly.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to coordinate with a remote team, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Professional handling of sensitive information and topics with confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in managing social media platforms or media monitoring tools.
• Previous practical experience of one to three years in a related field.
