The new head of the Etilaf (Syrian Coalition) hugs Ahmad al-Hayes, who was sanctioned by the US two weeks ago as you can see in the photo from my research tool with Ammar

Al-Hayes is a known criminal who has been accused of killing the Kurdish activist Hevrin Khalaf.

This comes only a few days after the new head of the Etilaf gave an award to another criminal from the Turkish-backed Syrian National Army, the notorious Abu Amsha.
