I support the day-to-day organization of schedules, priorities, travel, logistics, and ongoing projects. A large part of my role is making sure things are well coordinated, deadlines are followed, and the Director has the information and support needed to stay focused on key priorities.
I have a background in Telecommunications Engineering and experience in both the private and non-profit sectors. This has helped me develop a practical and structured approach to research, coordination, and problem-solving.
I also handle correspondence, confidential information, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. I enjoy working in fast-moving environments, staying on top of details, and finding practical ways to keep work organized and running smoothly.
