About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to support communications,
media monitoring, content coordination, and administrative tasks related to the company website
and its various projects. This role is ideal for someone who works comfortably in both Arabic
and English and closely follows political and economic developments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor news, media coverage, and economic developments related to Syria and the region.
  • Suggest suitable topics for media commentary and social media content.
  • Track and organize interviews, events, media coverage, and platforms discussing the company or team members.
  • Assist with publishing and organizing content on the company website, including interviews, news, events, and press releases.
  • Coordinate between team members and follow up on project-related tasks.
  • Maintain schedules, content plans, media lists, internal follow-ups, and project files.
  • Draft, edit, and format short content in both Arabic and English when required.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely completion of communications-related tasks.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Excellent command of written Arabic and English, including editing and proofreading.
  • Strong understanding of media, communications, and public affairs, particularly in political and economic contexts.
  • Strong research skills and the ability to follow developments accurately and efficiently.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Ability to work remotely, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Professional and confidential handling of sensitive information.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing social media platforms or media-monitoring tools.
  • One to three years of relevant professional experience.
Job Details
Location: Remote
Commitment: Full-time
Contract: Three-month probation period followed by a permanent contract
