Digital Communications & Social Media Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Communications and Social Media Specialist to strengthen the company’s digital presence,

manage content, and promote research and institutional outputs across Arabic and English platforms.
Job Responsibilities
  • Manage and update the company’s social media platforms.
  • Write, edit, and adapt content for social media channels in both Arabic and English.
  • Transform reports, research outputs, media appearances, and company news into concise and engaging social media content.
  • Support the planning and execution of both organic and paid social media campaigns.
  • Improve digital content visibility by applying basic SEO principles to titles, descriptions, and keywords when publishing website content or promoting research outputs.
  • Monitor engagement, reach, audience growth, and campaign performance across platforms.
  • Prepare performance reports and recommend improvements based on analytics and insights.
  • Track relevant digital trends and identify content opportunities aligned with the company’s work and audience.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital communications, content creation, or a related field.
  • Strong English writing and editing skills (required).
  • Strong Arabic writing skills with the ability to create clear, natural, and professional content.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms, content formats, audience behavior, and platform requirements.
  • Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising, particularly Meta Ads and LinkedIn.
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles and content optimization for search engines, especially titles, descriptions, and keywords.
  • Ability to simplify complex research, economic, political, or policy-related content into engaging social media language.
  • Ability to use Canva, Google Workspace, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools.
  • Basic understanding of performance metrics, engagement tracking, and campaign analytics.
  • Ability to work remotely within a team and meet deadlines.
Job Details
Work Type: Remote
Commitment: Full-time
Contract Duration: Three-month probationary period, followed by a permanent contract
