But international actors, including banks, have long been wary about concealed ownership issues and shell companies. Resolving this requires alignment with relevant Financial Action Task Force standards, such as making basic corporate information public, making ultimate beneficial ownership information available to authorities, and integrating UN sanctions lists to screen company founders.
Not having a clear reference to these measures in the service may suggest a lack of familiarity with them or that they are not among their priorities.
